Program by Wild Hearts was started

Wild Hearts is a 12-month Environmental Education (EE) program specifically designed for pre-schoolers. The curriculum includes 30 lesson topics.

It is offered on Friday afternoons by Sue-Ellen, supported by a couple of volunteers. This program is proving immensely popular with our pre-school kids. During the holidays it is planned to take the young children on outings into our natural environment such as visiting the ‘Big Tree’ in Hoekwil and another visit to Sanparks.

We like to follow this up with outings to a game reserve in the vicinity provided funding can be obtained.
