Painting of tires

Painting of tires was done intitially with paint donated and subsequently improved by a drive by George Municipality when their team applied more bright colours to the tires.  

It was found though that water based paint does not hold well on rubber and we are in the process to apply a primer  to the tires first and then invite GM to again paint them with bright,’happy’ colours.
